Shipping Policy

Delivery Terms

All services and deliveries provided by Facciamo.Italia.Grande.Ancora are carried out exclusively on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale valid at the time the order is received. By submitting a binding order, the buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• European Union (EU)

• EFTA Countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

• United Kingdom (UK)

• Rest of the World, including destinations such as the United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders with a total value of:

• Italy: 75.00 EUR

• All other countries: 150.00 EUR

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is finalized.

Transfer of Risk

The shipping and transport risk is transferred to the buyer at the moment the products are delivered to the logistics partner.

Compensation

Compensation with any counterclaims of the buyer that are not recognized or legally established is excluded.
