Refund Policy

Inspection Obligations, Returns, Defects, and Right of Withdrawal

At Facciamo.Italia.Grande.Ancora, we want your experience to be flawless. Our garments are designed to accompany you in your comfort rituals; if anything does not meet your expectations, here is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Inspection Obligation and Notification of Defects

The buyer is required to inspect the products immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, with printing errors, or defective, the buyer must notify us within 30 days of delivery via email at  info@facciamoitaliagrandeancora-official.it, including clear photos of the issue. Once the report has been reviewed and approved, the buyer will be offered:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund.

In these cases, the return of the defective item is not required.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns for Non-Defective Items)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, the buyer must contact us before the 14-day period expires at info@facciamoitaliagrandeancora-official.it or via the self-service portal in the customer account.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused;

  • Be in the same condition as they were received;

  • Include all original tags;

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer must purchase their own shipping label and ensure the item is delivered to our address in Ravenna.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please DO NOT return the product. Contact us immediately at the email address provided above with photo proof of the damage or error. In these specific cases, we will process a refund or replacement directly through our partners, and a physical return will not be required.

Return Shipping

Returns must be sent at the buyer's expense to the following address:

The buyer assumes full responsibility and transport risk for the return shipment.

Refunds for Valid Returns

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and subject to approval of the return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed after the receipt of the returned item.

Exclusions from Returns and Refunds

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made items;

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
